In the pressure phase, the force of the same applied on the face of the piston or diaphragm, keeps it pressed down, closing the venting orifice, while in the vacuum phase, on the face of the piston or the diaphragm, a negative force will be applied that pulls upwards, thus freeing the orifice below and venting the air. Having said this, it is clear that the electrical execution speed is way higher than that of air.

INITIAL CALIBRATION PRESSURE OF THE PETROL 3 BAR + TURBINE BOOSTING PRESSURE 1 BAR = FINAL RESULT OF THE PETROL PRESSURE 4 BAR In this condition, if we need to send more fuel to the engine because the mix is weak, we need to adjust the pressure regulator and increase it just enough to reach the carburation at medium and high rates. If the carburation is on the other hand very weak, we need to increase the pressure regulator considerably, thus creating DIRTY carburation at low rates. (with obvious consequences of loss in torque, pollution, consumption and immediate deterioration of the catalyst) We therefore need to find a compromise and accept what we can do. Conclusion: dirty output at low rates, almost good at medium rates and limit weak conditions at high rates. Unlike the previous versions we created, this system integrates a new micrometric pressure control system, which allows you to adjust and manage the pressure with intervals of hundredths of a bar to obtain and control minimum increases in pressure, power and torque, without the control unit entering recovery status.
It also proves useful when reprogramming the control unit where you are unable to obtain the attempted pressure.
Adjustments are made using a special little turning hand, and in steps of just a few degrees apart, to increase or decrease by just a few hundredths (2 to be precise).
This mechanical feature allows you to move forward or backward always in the same identical position without losing the adjustments made.
As in all our overboost systems, adjustments are made without releasing air externally.
A preloaded spring system with different working sections of the pressure allows continuous and precise adjustment and modulation, keeping the set value constant, applying a slight response delay, which will allow you to obtain also a small pressure peak different from the constant pressure set. This favours a higher torque.

This product is NOT HOMOLOGATED to be driven on roads open to traffic. It is designed exclusively to be used where current laws allow so. Autofficina Bonalume is therefore not liable for any personal injuries or material damages caused by or created through the improper use of the product.
Before you start reading the technical specifications, we inform you that we do in any event advise you not to remove the catalyser for any reason whatsoever.
The new version of the ksl product is now available. This product does not replace the previous product but actually amplifies the range. The difference between the two products lies in the operating temperature that they are able to withstand. This new model called HKSL can be installed even in vehicles with very short exhausts or manifolds such as the following: PORSCHE-FERRARI-LOTUS-etc. In these vehicles the Lambda probes are very near the engine, therefore the exhaust gas is much hotter and much faster compared to a vehicle with long exhaust or manifold, or at least compared to a vehicle with engine at the front and exhaust that runs right along the vehicle before is reaches the outlet. This is because, in such configuration, the Lambda probes are much further away from the engine compared to the versions just mentioned. Then there are other cases such as vehicles with aspirated or turbo engines, which either due to an exasperated preparation or due to a “weak” fuel mix, have the same conditions of high temperature or high speed of the exhaust gas. Such condition is unbearable for the Lambda probes too (failures in Lambda probes are indeed very often caused by high temperatures) and so we have re-designed and produced another and new model of the ksl product. The new HKSL product is able to withstand temperatures of around 1150 degrees. The high cost of the materials used and the processing times, which are tens times those of the previous version, have a negative effect on the end price. The new HKSL product does NOT REPLACE THE PREVIOUS KSL PRODUCT.

E1 valve, new POWER POP

The need to create this new product did not originate merely from the demand of a racing product but from the real problems related to this valve installed originally in all the tjet engines of the Fiat-Alfa-Lancia-Abarth Group.

Being a diaphragm, this valve does not withstand high pressure and temperature peaks, as was requested, which cause it to break and also negatively affect the performance of the engine, both in acceleration and at a steady running rate (power loss in acceleration).
Some problems even appear in a healthy diaphragm, but with higher turbine pressures (after programming the control unit).
Whilst developing the project, we added the possibility for the customer to be able to interchange the three solutions.

Consequently, a customer who purchases the valve can decide whether to purchase the version with internal discharge or the version with external discharge or switch type (open ES1 – closed EB1 – E1SWITCH both solutions with sound management).
The specifications of the our E1 valve are definitely outstanding; this valve is not only Plug & Play in the mechanical, electrical and electronic parts, but also has the superior specifications referred to the original product:

  • No closing diaphragm, but a plastic piston, designed for very high temperatures (beyond 270° therefore no possibility of breakage);
  • Durable and incredibly efficient electromagnet (opening and closing times cut by 20%);

The new version of the ksl product is now available. This product does not replace the previous product but actually amplifies the range. The difference between the two products lies in the operating temperature that they are able to withstand. This new model called HKSL can be installed even in vehicles with very short exhausts or manifolds such as the following: PORSCHE-FERRARI-LOTUS-etc. In these vehicles the Lambda probes are very near the engine, therefore the exhaust gas is much hotter and much faster compared to a vehicle with long exhaust or manifold, or at least compared to a vehicle with engine at the front and exhaust that runs right along the vehicle before is reaches the outlet. This is because, in such configuration, the Lambda probes are much further away from the engine compared to the versions just mentioned. Then there are other cases such as vehicles with aspirated or turbo engines, which either due to an exasperated preparation or due to a “weak” fuel mix, have the same conditions of high temperature or high speed of the exhaust gas. Such condition is unbearable for the Lambda probes too (failures in Lambda probes are indeed very often caused by high temperatures) and so we have re-designed and produced another and new model of the ksl product. The new HKSL product is able to withstand temperatures of around 1150 degrees. The high cost of the materials used and the processing times, which are tens times those of the previous version, have a negative effect on the end price. INITIAL CALIBRATION PRESSURE OF THE PETROL 3 BAR + TURBINE BOOSTING PRESSURE 1 BAR = FINAL RESULT OF THE PETROL PRESSURE 4 BAR In this condition, if we need to send more fuel to the engine because the mix is weak, we need to adjust the pressure regulator and increase it just enough to reach the carburation at medium and high rates. If the carburation is on the other hand very weak, we need to increase the pressure regulator considerably, thus creating DIRTY carburation at low rates. (with obvious consequences of loss in torque, pollution, consumption and immediate deterioration of the catalyst) We therefore need to find a compromise and accept what we can do. Conclusion: dirty output at low rates, almost good at medium rates and limit weak conditions at high rates. E1 valve, new POWER POP

(POP OFF, BY PASS, DUMP VALVE, POPOFF VENTIL)

The need to create this new product did not originate merely from the demand of a racing product but from the real problems related to this valve installed originally in all the tjet engines of the Fiat-Alfa-Lancia-Abarth Group.

Being a diaphragm, this valve does not withstand high pressure and temperature peaks, as was requested, which cause it to break and also negatively affect the performance of the engine, both in acceleration and at a steady running rate (power loss in acceleration).
Some problems even appear in a healthy diaphragm, but with higher turbine pressures (after programming the control unit).
Whilst developing the project, we added the possibility for the customer to be able to interchange the three solutions.

Consequently, a customer who purchases the valve can decide whether to purchase the version with internal discharge or the version with external discharge or switch type (open ES1 – closed EB1 – E1SWITCH both solutions with sound management).
The specifications of the our E1 valve are definitely outstanding; this valve is not only Plug & Play in the mechanical, electrical and electronic parts, but also has the superior specifications referred to the original product:

  • No closing diaphragm, but a plastic piston, designed for very high temperatures (beyond 270° therefore no possibility of breakage);
  • Durable and incredibly efficient electromagnet (opening and closing times cut by 20%);

Fuel Pression Control for Flute Gold Series

Compared to the adjustable regulator, this model also offers the advantage of having a ratio of 1/1,4. Here’s a quick example to explain better. CLASSIC SYMMETRICAL PETROL PRESSURE REGULATOR. INITIAL CALIBRATION PRESSURE OF THE PETROL 3 BAR + TURBINE BOOSTING PRESSURE 1 BAR = FINAL RESULT OF THE PETROL PRESSURE 4 BAR In this condition, if we need to send more fuel to the engine because the mix is weak, we need to adjust the pressure regulator and increase it just enough to reach the carburation at medium and high rates. If the carburation is on the other hand very weak, we need to increase the pressure regulator considerably, thus creating DIRTY carburation at low rates. (with obvious consequences of loss in torque, pollution, consumption and immediate deterioration of the catalyst) We therefore need to find a compromise and accept what we can do. Conclusion: dirty output at low rates, almost good at medium rates and limit weak conditions at high rates. This problem disappears with the ASYMMETRIC regulator with ratio of 1/1,4 because the increase percentage is asymmetrical with the turbine pressure. Example: INITIAL CALIBRATION PRESSURE OF THE PETROL- 3 BAR + TURBINE BOOSTING PRESSURE 1 BAR = (addition of 1,4 bar of petrol pressure) FINAL RESULT OF THE PETROL PRESSURE 4.4 BAR Not only is it asymmetric but it is also progressive, therefore the increase in pressure is proportional even from the low turbine pressures; each tenth of a bar of the turbine involves an increase of 1,4 tenths of a bar in the petrol pressure. It is also adjustable and also interchangeable with the original regulator, therefore it does not need to be modified to be able to install it. No awkward and dangerous piping filled with pressurised petrol to run around the engine bay.

Regulator Pressure Turbo

Unlike the previous versions we created, this system integrates a new micrometric pressure control system, which allows you to adjust and manage the pressure with intervals of hundredths of a bar to obtain and control minimum increases in pressure, power and torque, without the control unit entering recovery status.

It also proves useful when reprogramming the control unit where you are unable to obtain the attempted pressure.
Adjustments are made using a special little turning hand, and in steps of just a few degrees apart, to increase or decrease by just a few hundredths (2 to be precise).
This mechanical feature allows you to move forward or backward always in the same identical position without losing the adjustments made.
As in all our overboost systems, adjustments are made without releasing air externally.
A preloaded spring system with different working sections of the pressure allows continuous and precise adjustment and modulation, keeping the set value constant, applying a slight response delay, which will allow you to obtain also a small pressure peak different from the constant pressure set. This favours a higher torque.

Before you start reading the technical specifications, we inform you that we do in any event advise you not to remove the catalyser for any reason whatsoever.
The new version of the ksl product is now available. This product does not replace the previous product but actually amplifies the range. The difference between the two products lies in the operating temperature that they are able to withstand. This new model called HKSL can be installed even in vehicles with very short exhausts or manifolds such as the following: PORSCHE-FERRARI-LOTUS-etc. In these vehicles the Lambda probes are very near the engine, therefore the exhaust gas is much hotter and much faster compared to a vehicle with long exhaust or manifold, or at least compared to a vehicle with engine at the front and exhaust that runs right along the vehicle before is reaches the outlet. This is because, in such configuration, the Lambda probes are much further away from the engine compared to the versions just mentioned. Then there are other cases such as vehicles with aspirated or turbo engines, which either due to an exasperated preparation or due to a “weak” fuel mix, have the same conditions of high temperature or high speed of the exhaust gas. Such condition is unbearable for the Lambda probes too (failures in Lambda probes are indeed very often caused by high temperatures) and so we have re-designed and produced another and new model of the ksl product. The new HKSL product is able to withstand temperatures of around 1150 degrees. The high cost of the materials used and the processing times, which are tens times those of the previous version, have a negative effect on the end price. The new HKSL product does NOT REPLACE THE PREVIOUS KSL PRODUCT.
