Electric Turbine Pressure Regulator
As in all of our over boost systems, regulation is done without air vents to the outside.
A pre-loaded spring system with different pressure working sections allows continuous and precise adjustment and modulation, keeping the set value constant by applying a slight response delay, which will also allow for a pressure peak different from the set constant pressure.
This is in favor of higher torque.
Adjustment is by means of a rotary knob, and relative position clicks, spaced a few degrees apart,which allow increments or decrements of a few hundredths of a bar.
This mechanical feature makes it possible to always advance or retreat to the exact same position without losing the adjustments made.
Commissioning is done electrically, by switch from the cabin.
Installation should be done, taking a +12 volts current under panel, and a negative ground, directly from the chassis or battery.
If desired, split one of the two signals ( cables ) by taking it to the switch provided in the kit, which will perform the on-off function.
Then from the switch to the connector of our over boost
While the remaining cable, at the other end of our over boost connector.
All of this, of course, bringing the dedicated electrical system along with the ‘switch in the cabin.
