So we should find a compromise by settling for what we can do. Conclusion: dirty delivery in the low range,almost good in the midrange,and in the high range at the lean end. With the ASIMMETRIC 1/1.4 regulator this problem disappears,as the percentage increase is asymmetrical to the turbine pressure,example: PRESS. BENZ. INITIAL CALIBRATION PRESSURE – 3 BAR + TURBINE SURPLANT PRESSURE 1 BAR = (contribution of 1.4 bar of gasoline pressure) FINAL RESULT OF BENZINE PRESSURE 4.4 BAR In addition to being asymmetrical it is also progressive,so the pressure increase is proportional even from low turbine pressures,each tenth of a bar turbine will result in an increase of 1.4 tenths gasoline pressure. It is also adjustable,and furthermore still interchangeable with the original regulator,so no modifications to be made for installation.No inappropriate and dangerous gasoline pressure-laden tubing to carry around the engine compartment.
