E1 valve, new POWER POP

The need to create this new product arose not only from the demand for a racing product, but rather from the actual problems of this valve originally installed in all tjet engines of the Abarth-Fiat-Alfa-Lancia group. This, being a diaphragm, does not withstand as required the high pressure and temperature peaks, causing its rupture and at the same time affecting the performance of the engine both under acceleration and at full throttle (drops in power under acceleration).
Some problems also occur in the presence of healthy diaphragm, but with higher turbine pressures (after ECU programming).
In the development of the project we have included the possibility by the customer to be able to choose between three types of air exhaust(open ES1 – closed EB1 – switch both solutions with sound management). So at the time of purchase the most suitable configuration can be decided.

The characteristics of our E1 valve are definitely very high, which in addition to being totally plug and play in both mechanical and electrical and electronic parts, has outstanding features compared with the original product:

No diaphragm, sealing, but piston made of thermoplastic thermopolymer material for very high temperature and performance (over 270° so no chance of rupture);
Electromagnet with low consumption and very high efficiency (opening and closing times reduced by 20%);
Guaranteed and tested operation at 3 bar with 170° air inlet temperature;
Completely made of ultra-low-lead automotive aluminum and anodized;
Rotatable 360° on dl bracket for better positioning in installation;
Electrical connector and valve/solenoid body IP67 watertight;
Black coloring like the original, so it is difficult to detect and challenge;
Guaranteed 2 years in all parts;
Possibility and ease of installation even by the user customer;
