the limited space available in these cars does not allow the adoption of a waste gate with the appropriate diameter. which would be able to control the exhaust backpressure and at the same time manage the boost control pressure. some brands and manufacturers of waste gates provide this valve with interchangeable springs. delegating the installer to the onerous and annoying task of choosing between two probable options: the first, to have a good pressure in the high range, but with exaggerated and dangerous pressure peaks in the mid-range (ungovernable through ECU mapping). (ungovernable via ECU mapping)the second a compromise to contain the pressure peaks at mid rpm, but still with a pressure drop at high rpm.(albeit in a minor, but very noticeable way.)( I deliberately left out the third option, which would be that of the weaker spring, or the return to the original waste but the this would inevitably bring back the pressure drop at high rpm.)all this untangling between mapping and spring replacement. with the consequent loss of time and costs. in this regard we have developed a new technology capable of 100% control and management of both problems. hence the result is a new generation of waste gate: completely plug and play and requires no modification for installation. no trial and error is needed for adjustment, of the control rod.which will be adjusted exactly like the original.peak and constant turbine pressure adjustment will be 100% settable from the map without any spring replacement or inappropriate adjustments. no diaphragms subject to probable rupture. all made of heat and creep treated automotive aluminum with Teflon hardening inner and outer surface treatment.
